For the need to merge audio files, there are several ways to do it efficiently, and these methods are suitable for both professional users and casual hobbyists.

First of all, if you prefer software with a graphical interface, consider using AudioKies, which is an easy-to-use audio editing software capable of handling multi-track audio merging and supports a wide range of audio formats.

Another option is to use FFmpeg, which is a powerful command line tool that can handle audio and video files with great precision. Multiple audio files can be merged with a simple command, which is very useful for users who prefer batch processing or need scripted automation.

Finally, When combing audio files into one, you must ensure quality and efficiency, It is recommended that when choosing a software, you pay attention to check whether it supports your commonly used audio formats and whether it can merge without loss. This way, you will be satisfied with the results, whether you want to produce podcasts, remixes or just for entertainment.

Thanks for sharing, I have successfully merged my mp3 songs, FFmpeg is command-line tool, I don't really like it!

Yeah. You can combine sound files with iTunes! That's what I always do.

  • Open iTunes and create a new playlist by going to "File" > "New Playlist".
  • Add the first audio file to the playlist by dragging it from the library or using the "Add File to Playlist" button.
  • Repeat step 2 for each subsequent audio file you want to combine.
  • To export the playlist as a single audio file, go to "File" > "Convert" > "Create AAC Version".
  • Choose the desired format and settings, and iTunes will merge the files into a single track.

The user is aware that iTunes was discontinued in macOS 10.15 Catalina

It was split into separate applications called Music, Podcasts and TV

So we are not sure how iTunes could be used to perform this action
