Samsung Apple TV app not playing movies I bought

Purchased a movie and its not showing up in my library. I have the option to buy it again and if I do it just says "it has been purchased, want to watch now?"

If I say yes nothing happens

Try resetting the Apple TV app, then sign in again.

Reset the Apple TV app - Apple Support


If the issue persists after that, then contact the Apple Support staff.
