Xbox Cloud Gaming Crashes

I'm using an iPhone 14 Pro Max 1TB. I switched from a Samsung Note20 128GB. Have had nothing but issues since. With software freezes and even that app store freezes. But Cloud gaming through abyvand all browers will crash every 5-10mins for no reason. My Note20 is 4 years old and 8gb of ram and works perfectly, never had an issue. But just need help making Xbox Cloud gaming BECAUSE YOU CANT USE THE ACTUAL APP WERE FORCED TO GO THROUGH UNNECESSARY STEPS AND STILL A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ONCE DONE ADDING GAME PASS TO HOMEPAGE. I've done every possible troubleshooting on the internet. Don't say it's too many tabs open, or clear my data and cache, or too many apps open cause that's BS. My old phone is nothing compared to this one on paper and works so much better still to this day.

If you find yourself encountering issues with third-party apps or a particular website or product, reaching out to the respective app developer, or manufacturer can be a helpful step in resolving the problem.

How to Contact an App Developer:

  1. In-App Support: Many apps offer an in-app support feature. Look for a "Contact Us" or "Help" section within the app's settings or menu. This may provide you with direct contact information or a form to submit your query.
  2. App Store or Website: If you can't find in-app support or need additional assistance, visit the app's page on the respective app store --> How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
  3. Email Support: Check if the developer has an official support email address listed on their website or app store page. Send them an email explaining the issue you're facing. Be detailed in describing the problem to receive relevant assistance.
  4. Social Media: Some developers maintain active social media profiles. Reach out to them through platforms like Twitter or Facebook, describing your issue or sending them a direct message.
  5. Community Forums: Many apps have dedicated user forums or communities where you can ask questions and seek help from other users or the developers themselves.

  3. Manufacturer's Website: Visit the official website of the manufacturer. Most reputable companies have a support section where you can find contact information or submit support requests.
  4. Customer Support: Look for a customer support phone number or email address on the manufacturer's website. Some companies even offer live chat support for immediate assistance.
  5. Social Media: Many manufacturers maintain a presence on social media platforms. Consider sending them a message or mentioning them in a post to seek help.
  6. Retailer: If you purchased the product from a retailer, they might also be able to assist you or direct you to the manufacturer's support channels.

When contacting either the app developer or the manufacturer, be sure to provide specific details about the problem you're facing, including any error messages, screenshots, or steps to reproduce the issue. This information will help them better understand and resolve the difficulty you're experiencing.

Remember to remain polite and patient while seeking support, as it may take some time for the developers or manufacturers to respond to your inquiries.

  1. Xbox Cloud Gaming is a streaming service, so it's important to have a good internet connection in order to get the best experience. Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or using a cellular data connection to see if that makes a difference.
  2. Although iPhones are generally good at managing background apps, it's still a good practice to manually close any apps running in the background that you're not actively using. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe away any app previews.
  3. If certain apps, including the Xbox Cloud gaming app, are consistently crashing, try deleting and reinstalling them from the App Store.
  4. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This can help resolve connectivity issues that might be affecting cloud gaming.
  5. Go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh and ensure it's enabled for the apps you need for cloud gaming.
  6. If you've tried all of the above and you're still having problems, contact Xbox support for further assistance.

It’s not your phone it’s Xbox. THERES no difference between a webpage & an app except an app uses more data. Amazon app it’s the same thing as the web! SMH. The webpage isn’t the problem. 2 years ago I never had problems & I could use airplay. Then the number of subscribers grew & fast. The service is garbage on Xbox with the game pass app! I literally disconnect so much multiplayer is unplayable. I have 300mpbs. Xbox removed airplay ability bc of Samsung deal. The latency issues is terrible & I doubt it can ever be fixed & times are horrendous. Actually they are 4x longer if you play on your Xbox. Wait times of an hour. Google on line cloud gaming is destined to fail. It’s great though I can play as many games as I want on my Xbox but to play with Series X friends I need to use cloud.
