The brand new MacBook Pro with the new M3 pro can use almost any app.
But crashes multiple times on duolingo.
And my internet is fine.
so apple please rethink you new M3 pro.
I might buy a windows because it can actually run apps.

If it's just Duolingo that's crashing, that's something you should take up with them. They may well need an update to be compatible with the newer Mac hardware and the current version of macOS.
If you're having problems with other apps also crashing and you've worked through the possibilities that Grand provided, then post back with more details and we may be able to advise further.
And if you think that Windows will be more stable, then by all means buy a Windows machine. But I can tell you after having supported both Macs and Windows machines quite possibly for longer than you've been alive that Macs in general are far more stable, and much easier to troubleshoot, than are Windows systems. As with anything, though, there are no universals or guarantees with any human-made thing.

Although I usually only use Duolingo on my phone, I downloaded it to my MBP M3 and did a lesson. There were no problems. It is unlikely that the problem is with all M3 MBP.
If only one app is crashing, it's likely that the problem is with the app. The first step is to delete the app and then re-install it.
By far the easiest way to cause poor performance, instability, overheating and crashing is to install ANY third-party speeder-uppers, Cleaners, Optimizers, or Virus scanners, Bit Torrent, or a VPN that you installed yourself. They are relentless in scanning your files, non-stop, looking for virus-like patterns in Everything, or looking for files that have changed. When completed, they do it all again.
