Order not reflecting on Apple Store

I did make a pre order today and it went through and everything, got confirmatory email with order number and so , but when I click my orders on my Apple Store it shows nothing. Also when I click on my order # in my email it says this order isn’t matching with your Apple ID . I call Apple and spoken to many guys they confirm that my order is correct and appear in their system but I still wonder on such discrepancies . Is anyone encountered this . Thank you
