Location sharing wrong?
I share my location with a friend, I’ll be at work but it will say I’m outside of that location in the parking lot but really I’m in the building, why does it do this?

It does that because GPS doesn't work very well inside buildings so it becomes less accurate. You can improve the accuracy somewhat by making sure that you have WiFi turned on. You don't need to be connected to a network. As long as you have WiFi turned on, it will get location data from nearby networks whether your connected or not.
