Recently Deleted Apps Battery Drain

Okay so recently deleted apps is draining my battery. I haven’t deleted any apps nor updated them prior to the question 9/15/23. Today I was curious and when I logged into my crypto trading account the timer started on recently deleted apps under battery usage. Also it seems like this trading platform knows my every move. Have these coders found a back door into our phones and if so what can be done about this. Linking photos of usage for 11 minutes while on the crypto app but a total of almost 5 hours for the week. Also I have all background app refresh turned off other the my navigation app that I use for semi driving but it’s not being used at this moment
