Bought a locked phone

I purchase a iPhone off a man on Facebook market and when I turn the phone on I realize it is activation locked and when I went to go message him again he blocked me, I know I'm not going to get the money I paid for it with so if you can help me unlock it, that would be great

Nobody on these boards can, and nobody at Apple will; the activation lock is an anti-theft measure.
