You mentioned multiple devices. Can you confirm what device you're trying to AirPlay from?
That can help narrow down what's happening.
Are you able to see any of your other devices in the AirPlay menu? Are all devices on the same Wi-Fi network as outlined in here? Use AirPlay to stream video or mirror the screen of your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
