Toca Boca in app purchases

Basically, I sent my mom a request to get this pack from Toca boca called the, “Fluffy Friends House” It’s like you can get pet furniture in the game from buying it, instead of a notification my mom gets those messages that looks like this:

but the thing is when she clicks on it, that happens:

It’s weird because it’s never happened before and I was always been able to get things from Toca boca without a problem with the app or anything.
