My iCloud storage is still full even though I deleted the majority of my photos and videos on my iCloud photo library. I also deleted some iCloud drive files, even then it is still full. What should I do? (iOS 15, iPhone 7 Plus)

Have a Mac at Hand? If you wanted to, you could export all of iCloud onto an external disk, trash iCloud storage, and, as a reusable, iCloud would be set up anew. You wold then use the Search Bar at the to-right corner of a Finder Window window to search through the download.
