I removed all external kext still no soln. I reinstalled macos from startup options still no solution. Now i have used etrecheck tool and attached it's report. Please help me to diagnose the issue.

Have the computer evaluated by the Professionals who have the Special Hardware Software and Expertise to diagnose the issue and offer possible solutions

Make an Appointment at the Apple Genius Bar and have them evaluate the computer

Thank you for sharing the Etrecheck Report 👍

It is good to see you have been proactive

I do not see any Third Party Software that would account for this computer issue

It does report other seemingly Hardware issue related to Left Speaker cause by a iBoot panic

Point of reference from another Users Question and refer to possibly additional insights provided by Learned Colleague @Barney-15E in this link below

Thanks for the response sir.

So now what should be my next step if there is a hardware issue, as you mentioned, in the left speaker. Is this fixable issue or it can't be repaired and if yes should apple service centre be my next destination for this?

Can you please guide that if I visit the service centre what all things I should tell them to explain the problem etc.

Thanks in advance for your time and effort.
