Hey man, yes there’s an issue with the Touch Bar weeks ago, where it does not light up at all, however the kernel panic just happened recently days ago.

How do you know that it was Touch Bar related?

appreciate for your insight !

The Kernel Panic you are seeing is common when the Touch Bar fails. Why there is a gap in time between the failure and Kernel Panic I do not know, but I suspect repairing the Touch Bar will solve your Kernel Panic problem. The only solution I know of is to take it to Apple for diagnostic and at least get a cost to repair. Sorry for the bad news.
