HomePods 2nd gerneration stereo pair not working

I have two of the new HomePods 2nd gen, I have them in a stern pair, when I use my iPhone to play music only one of the speakers will play, its never the same one, I have to restart them to get them to play through both, they are not connected to power 24/7 they are only powered on when they are going to be used, is this the issue.

HomePod 2 I can’t connect stereo pair. One of my HomePods are not in my Home app but I can use it like a normal speaker. I don’t know what to do because someone help me?

Why is only one of my AirPods working when both are connected? I’ve got issue connecting my both AirPod to play same audio it tried playing but stop idk kind weird to me never experience it just got it like a week ago [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Yes it might be wise to keep them plugged in. Once they get unplugged it can take a moment to reconnect to the internet and one might not have connected yet.
