My friend have been trying to reset iphone. but forgot the password and trying to reset however not receiving the password reset email Apple ID: can you help me in getting the reset mail on email id linked to apple id:

Forget password, birth date, security questions and answers. tried resetting password but not getting the rest mail on mail id.
