If you're referring to an App Store & iTunes gift card or an Apple Gift Card, yes, but you'll need to have a different payment method on file.

If you're referring to an Apple Store Gift Card specifically intended for hardware, no.

If you're referring to a non-Apple gift card, it depends on whether the iTunes Store accepts it.
