Barney already answered that part of your question: "You can select all of them, ctrl-click on one, and select Compress X items. It will create a Zip file with them all inside."

On your home screen just control-click, "create a new folder". Then just drag the photos and videos (or copy and paste) them to the folder. Then make your email and use the paperclip or add file(folder) to the email as an attachment.

Put them in a folder and add the folder to the email either by dragging or by using the Attach (paperclip) button.

You will probably need to send them individually because they will be too large.

Control (right) - click on your Desktop and select New Folder from the contextual menu that pops up.

Try using webmail. I'm guessing you're using the Mail app. So if you have a gmail email, go to gmail.com to try sending. Depending on the size, might be too large for the Mail app. May also be too large in webmail too depending on the limits. You can also try compressing/zipping the files to see if that works
