Hearing aids problems with iPhone 12

My hearing aids come from TruHearing. Ever since I went from iPhone 8 to iPhone 12 my hearing problems are like everyone else’s. I have to go to speaker when a call comes thru to be able to understand. I think it is horrible that apple DOES NOT care about hard of hearing people to fix this problem. They just keep saying we will fix it later - well later should have been many months ago. I wish I had known of the hearing problem with the iPhone 12 because I would not have bought it and gone to another company for a new phone. I want even consider updating because I am afraid they have carried over the problems to 13-14 and soon to be 15.
