I created a second Apple ID & Caused iTunes Issues
I have two Apple ID's. No, I don't know why!
The first ID is still active but I can't get it to open. The 2nd, Apple doesn't recognize, which means I can't login to iTunes, App Store, and actually the only thing I can login to is my Apple account.
I spent nearly 2 hours on the phone with an Apple Rep (iTunes Specialist?) when the call ended abruptly. I frankly got nothing fruitful from that exercise. FYI, I have most all Apple 🍏 products, so naturally they react the same.
Obviously I need some good information to work through this. There isn't a lot of pertinent info to share, BUT ask me a question, I'll certainly reply.
