A lot of my videos are missing on iCloud.com and the same 20 videos are taking their place

I realized that I am missing over 4000 videos from my phone and iCloud last night. Nothing is in my recently deleted nor hidden file. On my phone it says I only have 150 videos and on ICloud it says 550 but those are just the 150 duplicated over and over.

Today noticed a lot of my pictures and videos are missing from my iPad. They are not hidden but are still on my iPhone. They are not hidden on my iPad.

I did update my IOS this morning on my iPad 10 to the latest one.

Let's check to see if your videos are hidden using these steps:

"Unhide your photos

If you hide photos and videos, you'll see them only in your Hidden album, so it might seem like they're missing. But you can unhide your photos and videos whenever you want. With iOS 14 and later, you can hide the Hidden album so it doesn't appear anywhere in the Photos app. So if you're missing photos or videos, make sure the Hidden album is turned on so you can see it.

If you use iCloud Photos, the photos that you hide on one device are hidden on your other devices too.

On your Mac

1. Open Photos and in the menu bar, click View, then select Show Hidden Photo Album.
2. In the sidebar, select Hidden.
3. In macOS Ventura or later, use Touch ID or your login password to unlock your Hidden album.
4. Select the photo or video that you want to unhide.
5. Control-click the photo, then choose Unhide Photo. You can also choose Image > Unhide Photo from the menu bar, or press Command-L."

If the issue persists, can you provide a few more details? When did you first notice this? Are you running low on storage on iCloud or on your device? Also, have you seen any errors or alerts recently?
