My screen is zoomed in and I can’t reset it to normal size For iPhone 14 pro max

my iPhone 14 max pro with iOS 16 zoomed out so everything is enlarged and I can t operate any controls. I have tried to reset it by shutting it down but it doesn’t turn off. The home bar at the bottom of screen isn’t visible. I double tapped the volume buttons and that didn’t work.
