Cannot Verify Payment Information.
When i went to add my new debit card to my apple wallet it said “Cannot Verify Payment Information.”

Contact your bank and find out why they can’t verify your card information. Banks verify your information, not Apple. Some banks use third party service providers to do the verification. Calling a local branch usually doesn’t help. You need to talk to an Apple Pay support person at the bank. Usually the incorrect information is an old phone number or address the bank or third party provider has on record.
