Please, it is possible to cancel somehow this notification?
It says: "Mobile data is turned off. To access data, turn on mobile data or use Wi-Fi."

Turn on mobile data or enable it for use by the app you are attempting to use if it is already turned on.
Hey, I was just having this same issue and noticed that enabling airplane mode is a good quick fix though not quite a permanent solution to the notifications. It still allows you to browse a preloaded page without the constant hassle!

Turn Wi-Fi Assist off
Go to Settings > Cellular or Settings > Mobile Data. Then scroll down and tap the slider for Wi-Fi Assist.
The suggestion does not work, annoying pop-ups continue to persist. Intelligent folks don’t need reminders to turn wi-fi or mobile/cellular data on or off…..this function should be able to be blocked permanently in settings but apple doesn’t allow. Spam popups degrade the quality of service from an otherwise fairly good product. Please update and remove CONSTANT MULTIPLE POPUPS about connectivity.
