Change "Open With" default... mine is greyed out

I have researched and found many standard answers of "Get info; Open with; Change all". Anytime I open an audio file it defaults to Music, which is not the best option for my work. When I click GET INFO, the OPEN WITH option is MUSIC and it is greyed out preventing me from changing it. I do have the lock at the bottom UNLOCKED and I am the admin with read and write permissions. Any idea how I can change this default?
