Can I trade in store even though I bought it online ?
I pre order the new phone and selected the option to trade in now I will pick up the new phone at the store can i trade it in there if so I need to send it by mail ?

It evidently depends on the store. I've traded mine in at my local store in the past but when I ordered my iPhone 15 I was told I had to do it by mail.
