I'm trying to trade in my S23 Ultra for the Iphone 15 Pro Max, but when I go to the website, it isn't listed. Only last years S22 Ultra. When I got to the trade in website, I see the phones value but no way to apply it to the Iphone 15. Is there someone I can contact about this? I'm not sure where to look.

I had same incident.
S23 ultra is listed from Trade in my device, but when you actually went into select the iphone 15 pro max and trade in the device, the list is not including the S23 ultra.
I ended up ordering the kit by choosing the gift card instead of applying the trade in value while i’m ordering a new phone..
Hi there! Sorry it took so long to get back. I just got off the phone with Apple Support and they said there isn't anything they can do, even if the Samsung Galxaxy S23 Ultra is listed for trade in value at $360 on apple.com/shop/trade-in but not listed on buying the Iphone 15 Pro Max.
Is there anything else I can do or am I straight outta luck?
Maybe you should ask another apple shop, or wait, maybe they cant do nothing with the s23 i dont know why it is not listed, i will check if it is available for me.
