Apple never received my trade in iPhone for my apple upgrade care program.
I am stuck in the situation where I am supposed to have two iPhones and thus two loans on the AppleCare upgrade program. I traded in iPhone 13 in the kit Apple had sent me when I upgraded to iPhone 14 a year ago. Now they claim they never received it, no record. My communication emails with Apple at time I can not find. Meantime, I discovered that I have been making monthly payments for both devices for the past one year. I transferred my telephone number to the iPhone 14 from the iPhone 13.
I have made multiple calls to Apple and Citizenonelaon. Only outcome so far is that they will try to cancel my Apple care for the iPhone 13, but even for that it is pending and takes 5 days to resolve.
My question is that is there any department at Apple who could assist me in resolving the issue.
