I install beta ubdates on my iphone 11 and now i am on developer beta ubdate of ios 17 but i want to go back to ios 16 from ios 17 beta and i want to remove ios 17 beta option

Here is how to un-enroll, and revert:

Apple Beta — Restore Shipping Software
Given iOS 17 will be released tomorrow, I wouldn’t bother downgrading. Unenroll from the beta, and upgrade to iOS 17.

If you happen to be running a beta, see my previous reply above to unenroll.
If you have apps that require iOS 17, then those apps effectively require an iPhone XR, iPhone XS, iPhone SE 2nd gen, or later.
