I guess you check that you have everything in its proper place.

For Motion Templates:

Motion Templates.localized.

Inside Motion Templates.localized

Effects.localized, Generators.localized, Titles.localized and Transitions.localized folders. (These are Template Types.)

Localized folders will generally NOT have the .localized extension visible in the Finder. Use Get Info to check these. If there is more than one .localized attached, make sure ONLY ONE .localized is applied.

These folders above are CASE SENSITIVE as well as the space character in Motion Templates - make sure it's only ONE space character.

Inside the Template Type folders, some kind of Category folder needs to exist — name of your choice — NOT localized. These can be as many categories as you like.

Inside Category folders:

Template Folder(s). Templates ARE: a folder with the name of the Template CONTAINING a Motion file with the EXACT SAME NAME as the Template folder with a file extension of .moef for Effects, .motn for Generator, .moti for Titles or .motr for transitions. Other files in the Template folder are "large.png" and "small.png" thumbnail images and very likely a Media folder which will contain any "external media" that is used by the template — but very often the Media folder will be empty. It is still part of the Template.

Some Templates have Themes. Themes are subdivisions of a Category and in the Browser column that displays the Templates within a Category, you will see Theme Labels with underlines that divide those themed templates from the top tier (un-themed) category templates. If you have Templates with Theme folders, you will generally have explicit instructions with dealing with the installation.

Effects Presets folder. Created by Final Cut. You shouldn't mess with it, but if you have: the folder is NOT .localized. Inside, there should be NO folders, only *.effectsPreset files. The file extensions of Effects Presets will be visible in the Finder.

Based on your last screen shot, the .effectsPreset files that were in "1K VISUALS PRESET...2.05PM" (and now on the desktop) need to be moved from inside that folder into the /ProApps/Effects Presets folder.

Hope this clarifies things a little more for you.

The only folders to be .localized are: Motion Templates, Effects, Generators, Titles and Transitions. [There's another, but I don't want to confuse you - it's Apple Motion specific.]

Inside the Effects Presets folder are only supposed to be *.effectsPreset files — no folders — no category folders. Your screenshot shows that you still have them in the "1K VISUALS..." folder, inside Effects Presets.

Effects Presets appear in Final Cut like other effects, and they show up under a category in Final Cut. Unfortunately, they are not stored on your hard drive inside a category folder like regular templates, they're just all mixed together in one place.

Effects templates have the file extension .moef. These stay in the Effects "hierarchy"; meaning they are in a folder with the exact same name as the .moef file (along with large and small .png files and possibly a Media folder) and this folder is inside a category folder which is inside the Effects folder. The category folders can be named just about anything you need to help you remember where to find the Effects inside it.

The Effects folder, proper, stays .localized.

Effects Presets are to be taken out of their folders and placed in the /Effects Presets path given above. There should be no folders inside the ~/Library/Application Support/ProApps/Effects Preset directory. Just move those out of this directory to somewhere else outside you Home folder (if you want to archive them — or just trash them if they're empty and you no longer need them.)

Move the Effects Presets folder out of its location. Go into Final Cut. Apply an effect to a clip (any effect, any clip) and click the Save Effects Preset button at the bottom of the column. MOVE all your .effectsPreset files into the folder that Final Cut creates (it will be in the same location in ProApps).

The Library folder inside your own home folder is hidden by default.

Open a new Finder window;

Hold down the Option key and choose Go->Library to reach it.

Then you can copy or move the relevant folder to the right place.

Note: if you prefer to make the Library folder permanently visible, open your home folder in a Finder window, press Command-J to open the View Options window, and check the box to show the Library

I can't see what's inside 1K, what the folder structure is in there, what it contains, what the files themselves are. I don't know anything about this product. Maybe 1K is supposed to be a category. Maybe it's just a folder with a bunch of different types of plugins in it. I don't know. Don't these developers tell you exactly how to install their products?
