Both SideCar and Handoff is laggy unless I disconnect my wifi from any access point!

I have an iPad Pro 2022 running the latest iPad OS version 16.6.1 and a Macbook Pro M1 16 inch running the latest macOS 13.5.2 operating system

I was trying to find out why my universal control do not function well from the moment I migrated to Apple ecosystem and I tried every thing. turning blutooth, wifi, handoff in setting off and on ,rebooting that was completely waste of time and issue presist!

resetting network and login out of apple ID and logging back in which looks like a solution but will solve the problem for 1 day! as soon as a reboot problem will return!

tonight i discovered that when i disconnect both devices from router problem will get solved! i tried connection via another router even i made a hotspot on my galaxy s22 ultra but as soon as any of 2 devices gets connected to wifi, lag will start again!!

problem is not internet as my mac book can be connected with a hub via cable to internet and no problem occure!

I tried both with and without LAN connection but only when any of two deviced get connected to any access point with or without internet the lags will start!

if you have any soloution please let me know
