Apple Watch keeps falling off

The little metal piece seems to not be holding, it comes out of the hole and the watch falls off

Took it to the Apple store -- the band was on backwards! The little plug should face out not in

It may be worn out or there is something else tugging on it to cause it to come loose. Really you can try a different hole if that hole is worn out, but that is probably not the best situation as it will then change the way the watch fits on the wrist. The other option is to purchase a different watch band for the watch, either a replacement of the same one if that one is worn out as the new one won’t be worn out, or a different band that you like, maybe a Velcro one or another one that latches differently than the one with the metal stub.
