apple watch has green charging symbol with a trail behind it

the button under the Crown button was jammed originally but once I got it on jammed the watch would not come on in when I charge it it just shows a green lightning bolt with a trail underneath and behind it.

The charging cable symbol means the watch battery is dead and needs to be charged, give it a couple hours to turn on.
