Critical Alerts always play a sound and appear on the lock screen even in if your iphone is muted or do not disturb is on. Manage critical alerts in settings

Try this:

Go to -> Settings -> tap Notifications -> scroll to Home -> turn Off the options: Allow notifications & Critical notifications.

Critical Alerts I reset my iphone. I have version 15.6.1 on my iphone 11. After resetting the phone, I no longer am able to Allow Critical Alerts to any app. The option does not appear anywhere.
