How do delete an existing Apple ID on a second hand iPhone?
I have a second hand iPhone SE which has the previous owners Apple ID on it (so I dont have access to the details) how do I delete the old Apple ID and create a new one?

Activation lock is a security protocol that can't be bypassed. Only the person it is locked to can unlock it.
If you bought this from someone and it came locked, try to get your money back, you will never be able to use the phone.
