itunes sign in pop up doesn't go away

my itunes sign keeps popping up and even when i change the password and sign in nothing happens and it keeps popping up

Itunes Sign In Why does it continuously ask me to sign into it itunes and after I do, it pop right back up and asks me to sign in again. I changed my password and its still doing the same thing. I've been having this issue for months.

When this question was asked by someone else once before, the answers were to the wrong question (how to stop the itunes window). No. I want to know how to stop the constant, annoying SIGN IN popup insisting that I login to the itunes store. It never used to come up or bug me. I have done NOTHING to my computer - no auto updates, no manual updates, no new software, etc. I have a manual firewall that blocks any intrusion that I don't want... and yet suddenly, here's this damned popup demanding over and over and over that I sign in. I DON'T WANT TO SIGN IN. If ever I do, I'll do so manually when I want to, and not at the behest of an annoying popup. Probably part of the Chiinese invasion of everything Apple and everything network... not happy!

Since you posted your question in then Ventura Community, is it safe to assume you are using Ventura? Because iTunes is no longer part of Ventura. Mostly its all in the app called Music.app now.

ITunes was split into separate Applications in macOS 10.15 Catalina

There is no iTunes in any version of macOS since then to present Venture macOS 13

that is unless the computer is still running macOS 10. 14 Mojave
