The erase of iPhone started at 05:02 PDT on 14 September 2023. All media, data and settings will be permanently erased.

I received this email while trying to sign out of my Apple ID and turn off device to give my phone for repair. I would request help to regain photos of my iPhone 11

If you didn't sync photos with iCloud nor have then backed up anywhere, erasing the data off your iPhone erased your photos. One has to have a backup first, not after something goes wrong.

To check if you synced photos with iCloud, on your computer go to www.icloud.com Sign in with Apple ID and Apple ID Password. If you synced photos with iCloud, they will be there. If you didn't and you don't have a backup, your photos are gone.
