Based on the info below, Sonoma might be considered more as an update than an upgrade.

It's always in my book smart to wait when it come out a .1 or .2 until int flushed out the bugs from initial release!


Really? You think that all the bugs in the initial release will be gone by .2? If that's the case, why is there a .3? .4? All you're doing is delaying the decision to no particular benefit. Every release has issues for some users, but none for most people. Make a back up and update. Go on with your life.


to just one up from MacOS that its came with is the only upgrade I would do on your purchase!


Do I understand this correctly? You're saying that if your Mac comes with say, MacOS 11 then you would not upgrade beyond Mac OS 12? What's the logic behind that I wonder?
