I'm having trouble with the new SIM on my iPhone 12

I recently got my phone stolen and I have taken it off my Apple ID and blocked that sim card and got new one The problem is that I can get my friends to message me and message them using that phone number, but I can’t get SMSs from any app or call people when they try and call me it doesn’t work and when I called them, it says the service provided doesn’t let me. What can I do
