iPad Air 5 in Apple logo boot loop after iPadOS 17.0 update

This morning, I downloaded the update for iPadOS 17. Upon installation, my iPad restarted and went into the Apple logo screen where a loading bar appeared. There was a restart before the progress bar was completed after which my iPad went into a boot loop where the Apple logo appeared for a few seconds and restarted.

I've already tried the solutions listed here - If your iPad won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support (IN)

When attempting to restore my iPad through my Macbook - While I'm able to get my iPad into restore mode, before the download is completed to restore, my iPad restarts and is out of restore mode.
