Frozen White Screen: After the iOS 16.6.1 update, my iPhone 13 Pro Max's screen is stuck on a white display

I received a notification on my iPhone 13 Pro Max to update to the latest iOS version, which was 6.6.1 at the time. Trusting Apple's reputation for delivering seamless software updates, I eagerly installed the update. However, since the update, I have been facing a persistent and debilitating problem: my iPhone's screen is frozen at a white display.

The screen freeze issue began immediately after the update, and despite my numerous attempts to troubleshoot and resolve it, the problem persists.

Thank you for your prompt response . I appreciate your suggestions to provide a resolution. However, I regret to inform you that after trying the suggested steps, my phone is still stuck on a white screen, and the problem persists.

I diligently followed each of the recommended solutions, including restarting my iPhone, checking for software updates, and attempting a force restart. Unfortunately, none of these actions have been successful in resolving the issue.

I have contacted Apple Support and also visited an authorized service center to address this issue more comprehensively. they suggested to repalce the screen and it will be paid by me, but beacuse this is a functional issue from apple side why shold I pay for the screen replacement.
