IOS 17 NOTIFICATION SOUND AND CALL SCREEN

Apple should fix this notification sound. In the iOS 17.0 update, Apple introduced a notification sound that is fixed in all applications and that you cannot change. The name of the notification sound is "Rebound", this sound is similar to the sound made when turning off the phone. This notification sound must be fixed urgently. The call screen has also turned into an Android phone

I can't customize this notification sound and call screen. Even apple support couldn't solve the problem. Is there anyone who can help with this?
