unexpected program termination

Hello! For several days now I have not been able to cope with the problem; when I open the licensed program Photoshop, the application quits. Adobe technical support temporarily solved this problem by creating a new user, but after rebooting the problem remained. I was told that the issue was a user rights issue and that I needed to contact Apple support. Help me please !
