iPad Magic Keyboard issue

I am trying to go backwards between letters using the arrow keys but the letter m is constantly typing whenever I press it, while when I try to go forward it would do a full stop

Have you enabled MouseKeys?

Settings > Accessibility > AssistiveTouch > Mouse Keys > Mouse Keys
