formatting notes app on mac

On my mac the formatting options on the notes app are all greyed out, so that I can't change the font, bullet points, style, etc.

Does anyone know how to unblock these?

Cannot Save Sticky Notes (Not a Mac program) Because Save Function is Grayed Out Hi all, I downloaded a pin-up-note app called Sticky Notes from the app store that is supposedly compatible with Macbook, according to developer. The developer also indicates that a note will save as a plaintext file. When I attempt to search for the note in the text edit app, Sticky Notes does not appear. Can't see notes pages, only list After upgrading to Sequoia, I can no longer see the texts of the notes, only their titles (they have been blurred for privacy reasons but they are legible) and I am forced to double-click on the list to open them in a separate window. And no, I don't want that. If I try to enlarge the window I don't go beyond the width of the previous attached image, while if I click on the green button it opens the application in full screen and the notes field appears, but completely black. Also, when I took the screenshot of this screen with the black field, opening it in Photoshop it actually turned out to be transparent, as showed in this image. macOS Sequoia 15.2 Mac Studio 2022 Apple M1 Max 32GB RAM

Notes on macOS not showing content In MacOS Sequoia ‏15.0.1 ‏(24A348‏) suddenly the Notes app is showing folder list and notes list, but not showing the notes themselves. Double clicking a note will open it in a seperate window. Also, the app acts fuunny when resizing the window. Any idea how to fix it? Added a screenshot (it's in Hebrew)
