hi guys, i am a newbie on mac, recently switched from Windows to MAC. its very surprising to see that the Outlook features on Mac are very limited.
e.g i am unable to find recall sent email option on MAC. how to unsend or recall an email on MAC? which can be easily done on windows laptop.
any other use has found any hack, other than putting 20 sec waiting time to undo send. please share. thanks
I've been using Outlook on Windows for years and recalling an email after sending it has never been an option unless using a company/exchange server for email services.
Here are Microsoft's instructions for recalling an email.
"Message recall is available after you select Send and is available only if both you and the recipient have a Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Exchange email account in the same organization. So, for example, a message sent to or from a Hotmail, Gmail, or live.com account can't be recalled. "
That sounds like a great question for Microsoft as Outlook is not an Apple product.

As I recall, recalling a message is only an option if you're using Microsoft Exchange for your email.
