Can’t activate watch on Visible

iPhone 12 Pro. Apple Watch S4. Was all working fine on Verizon. Ported over to Visible. Watch app is stuck on “activating…”

phone is iOS 17, watch is iOS 10. At Visibles suggestion, I unpaired the watch and set it up again. No change

We have a great support article that might help with this. Please take a look at it here: Set up your Apple Watch - Apple Support. Make sure that those are the steps you are taking. If the issue persists, follow the "If you can't set up your Apple Watch or you get an error message" section:


"If you can't set up your Apple Watch or you get an error message

      1. Make sure that your iPhone has the latest version of iOS.
      2. Turn off your iPhone and turn it back on.
      3. Turn off your Apple Watch and turn it back on."
