iOS 17 Default Notification Sound has changed

Thank God ! Prayer’s work, bless you Apple for hearing all of the complaints and fixing this issue, I was thankfully just able to fix mine, my dog is so happy again!!!

Just updated to the version! Changed my settings and had my dog go in front of camera WAIT FOR IT!!!!! YES ! YES ! !YES !!!

Why do they have so many alert choices to choose from if you can’t choose what alert you want to choose? Does this make any sense at all?

What ios release are you on? I am on 17.1.2 I just did what you said and I don't see any DEFAULT. I was told that ios 17.2 would fix the problem.

Sorry, that I can’t comment on a separate thread. Did anyone notice that the battery drain very fast after 17.2 was updated?

I thought it was just my imagination but I have noticed that was the case, I’m glad that someone else has noticed the same thing, going to check too see if my apps are running in the background now.

I even rebooted my phone. No difference.

since the last two updates my message sounds are faint, I have my sound turned up. What is the problem?

How does one give feed back to Apple to let them know their move towards changing the notification sounds is ridiculous?

With this move they have taken a step backwards
