Health shortcut(s) not working after iOS 17 update

Since updating to iOS 17, a simple 2-part shortcut no longer works. This shortcut turns on Do Not Disturb focus mode as well as logs a 1-hour traditional strength training workout in the Apple Health app. I also have this shortcut on my Apple Watch watch face. Since updating to iOS 17, this shortcut turns on the DND focus, but does not record the workout. When I attempt to use it within the Shortcuts app or via the shortcut on my watch, it says "There was a problem running the shortcut 'Start Workout'." All of my other shortcuts work flawlessly.

I've checked all settings in the Apple Health app; deleted and recreated the shortcut; I've deleted and recreated the watch face; I've restarted both devices. The only way to record the workout is by manually entering it in the Apple Health app.

I called Apple Support and they logged the issue, but had not heard of it before.

I had the same problem.

It works if I enter all details under "Log training", even for empty or unnecessary details such as distance. For example, for distance 0 km.

If I don't enter 0 km, the familiar error occurs.
