RED LINES ON IPHONE 11

I just want to ask if what is the meaning of the black or red lines on upper corner of my phone it just happened when my phone got dropped 2x :((

Horizontal Black Line Creeping Across Iphone 11 So I dropped my iphone 11 without a case from the bed to the floor and it hit the side just above volume control. This resulted to black lines in my iphone. One black line started short and creeping from left to right of screen. In just a few hours it’s almost to the other end. What is wrong with this one? i dropped my iphone 12 pro max the back broke but the screen shows a white line across the bottom i dropped my iphone 12 pro max on a concrete surface the backside hit the surface it cracked the back a little but on the screen it shows a white line across the bottom I have no idea what it is see image

I guess you answered your question, especially if they appear on all screens. It seems to be hardware damage.
