My phone is stuck on IOS 17

My phone will not turn on and stuck with apple logo from ios 17 update. It's been stuck for 5 hours.

iPhone stuck on Apple logo while installing latest iOS 18.3.2 update. iPhone 13 Pro. I just tried updating it to the latest iOS 18.3.2 through the Music app via the desktop. The update tried, but it bricked my phone - it is STUCK with the Apple logo, and the download bar running across the bottom of it. The screen is permanently FROZEN there. I tried to hold the power button to shut it down and restart. Doesn't work. I held it for a few minutes and nothing is happening. What can I do to get my phone back? It's totally frozen with the logo on the screen, nothing seems to work. Help!!!! [Re-Titled by Moderator]
